Weight Capacity by Grade and Type
Understanding load capacity is critical for safe shipping and warehouse operations. Every pallet we sell is rated for specific dynamic, static, and racking loads.
Dynamic Load
The maximum weight a pallet can safely carry while being moved by a forklift or pallet jack. This is the most commonly referenced capacity.
Static Load
The maximum weight a pallet can support while stationary on a flat surface. Static load ratings are typically 2-3 times the dynamic load.
Racking Load
The maximum weight a pallet can support when placed on warehouse racking beams, supported only at the ends. This is the most demanding load scenario.
