Delivery Zones & Pricing
Our delivery pricing is based on distance zones from our Fresno facility. Larger orders qualify for free delivery in all zones. Contract customers receive complimentary transportation regardless of order size.

Fuel surcharge: A variable fuel surcharge of 3-8% may apply when diesel prices exceed $4.50/gallon. Current surcharge rate is posted monthly. Contract customers with annual agreements have fuel surcharges capped at 5%.

Same-Day Delivery
Need pallets now? We offer same-day delivery within the greater Fresno area for orders placed before 10 AM. Rush delivery also available for urgent needs outside the cutoff time with a surcharge.

Fleet Details
Our fleet is purpose-built for pallet transportation. Every vehicle is maintained to the highest standards and equipped with the tools to load, transport, and unload pallets safely and efficiently.
26-Foot Flatbed Trucks
400-500 pallets (stacked)Our primary delivery vehicles for large pallet orders. Open flatbed design allows easy loading and unloading with forklifts from either side. Ideal for dock-level deliveries and large commercial orders.
16-Foot Box Trucks
200-300 pallets (stacked)Enclosed trucks for deliveries requiring weather protection. Used for heat-treated pallets and orders going to indoor facilities where cleanliness matters. Liftgate equipped for ground-level delivery.
Stake Bed Trucks
150-250 palletsVersatile mid-size vehicles used for smaller deliveries and tight-access locations. Removable stake sides allow flexible loading configurations. Perfect for urban deliveries and locations with limited dock space.
Pickup & Utility Trucks
20-50 palletsSmall-volume delivery and pickup vehicles for urgent same-day orders, sample deliveries, and site assessments. Also used for small buyback pickups and rush heat treatment returns.
Loading & Unloading Procedures
We handle the heavy lifting. Our drivers and equipment are ready to load and unload at your location, regardless of your facility setup.
Dock-Level Loading
Standard loading for facilities with raised docks. Our flatbed trucks back up to your dock, and pallets are loaded directly using your forklift or ours. Fastest method for large volumes — a full truck can be loaded in 20-30 minutes.
Ground-Level Loading (Liftgate)
For locations without raised docks, our box trucks and stake beds feature hydraulic liftgates rated at 2,500 lbs. Pallets are placed on the liftgate platform and raised to truck bed height. Adds approximately 15-20 minutes to loading time.
Forklift Self-Service
All our flatbed trucks carry onboard forklifts for self-service loading and unloading. Our drivers are licensed forklift operators who can load or unload at your site without requiring any of your equipment or staff.
Staged Drop-Off
For businesses that cannot receive deliveries during operating hours, we offer staged drop-off at a designated location on your property. Pallets are securely stacked and positioned per your instructions. Available for recurring contract customers.
Tracking & Confirmation
Every delivery is tracked from dispatch to completion. Our GPS-equipped fleet provides real-time location data, and you receive automated notifications at key milestones throughout the delivery process.

En-Route Updates
Real-time GPS tracking link sent via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
Arrival Alert
Automated notification when the driver is 15 minutes from your location.
Delivery Confirmation
Digital proof of delivery with pallet count, condition notes, and driver signature. Emailed within 1 hour of completion.
Post-Delivery Follow-Up
For new customers, we follow up within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Insurance Coverage
All our vehicles carry comprehensive commercial insurance to protect your cargo and property during transportation.
Certificate of insurance available upon request. Additional insured endorsements provided for contract customers.

Some loads require extra care. We offer specialized handling for sensitive pallet shipments.

Route Optimization
We use route planning software to optimize every delivery run. By grouping deliveries geographically and sequencing stops efficiently, we minimize drive time, reduce fuel consumption, and get your pallets to you faster.
This is also how we keep delivery costs low — efficient routes mean lower overhead, and we pass those savings on to our customers. Recurring contract customers benefit the most, as their deliveries are built into our permanent route structure.
Our route optimization also reduces our carbon footprint. In 2025, our routing improvements eliminated an estimated 15,000 unnecessary road miles, saving approximately 2,100 gallons of diesel fuel.
