Holiday Schedule: We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. We may have modified hours during the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Check our email for holiday schedule updates.
What to Expect
Walk-Ins Welcome
Our yard is open during business hours for walk-in customers. You can browse our available pallet inventory, inspect quality firsthand, and purchase pallets on the spot. No appointment necessary for small orders (under 100 pallets).
Scheduled Pickups
For orders of 100+ pallets, we recommend emailing at least 2 hours in advance so we can stage your pallets for quick loading. For orders of 200+, please give us 24 hours notice. We provide forklift assistance for loading at no charge.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer same-day and next-day delivery across the Central Valley. Free delivery within 50 miles for orders of 100+ pallets. We also pick up surplus pallets from your location — email us with quantities for a buyback offer.

Do you accept walk-in customers?
Yes! Our yard is open to walk-in customers during business hours (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Sat 8am-2pm). You can browse available inventory, inspect pallets, and purchase on the spot. No appointment needed for orders under 100 pallets.
How quickly can you deliver?
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10:00 AM within our primary 50-mile zone (Fresno, Clovis, Visalia, Hanford, Madera). Next-day delivery is standard for most Central Valley locations. Rush delivery is available — mark your email "RUSH" in the subject line.
Do you buy used pallets?
Absolutely. We buy pallets of all types, sizes, and conditions. Email buyback@fresnopallets.com with the quantity, sizes, approximate condition, and your location. We will provide a quote and can arrange pickup from your facility.
What is your minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum for free delivery within 50 miles is 100 pallets. We can deliver smaller quantities with a delivery fee. For orders under 50 pallets, customer pickup at our Fresno yard is often the most cost-effective option.
Do you offer heat-treated (ISPM-15) pallets?
Yes. Our on-site heat treatment chamber produces ISPM-15 compliant pallets for international shipping. We can heat-treat any standard or custom pallet size and apply the required IPPC stamps. Allow 1-2 additional business days for heat treatment processing.
