How Our Pricing Works
We believe in straightforward, fair pricing with no hidden fees. Every quote is customized to your specific needs, but here is how our pricing structure generally works.
Per-Pallet Pricing
Most of our services are priced on a per-pallet basis. The rate depends on the service type, pallet size, condition, and your volume. Recycled 48x40 GMA pallets typically range from $4.50 to $8.50 per pallet depending on grade. Repair services range from $2.00 for minor fixes to $6.00 for full refurbishments.
Heat treatment is priced per pallet or per batch, with standard 48x40 pallets typically running $2.50 to $4.00 each depending on volume. Custom sizes and rush orders are quoted individually.
Transportation Fees
Delivery and pickup within the greater Fresno area (25-mile radius) is included free with orders of 50+ pallets. For smaller orders or locations outside Fresno, a flat delivery fee applies starting at $75. Locations beyond 50 miles from our facility at 4691 E Commerce Ave are quoted based on distance and load size. Recurring contract customers receive complimentary transportation regardless of order size.
Rush & Emergency Fees
Same-day rush service is available for most services with a 15-25% surcharge depending on the request. After-hours and weekend service is available for emergencies at premium rates. Contract customers with annual agreements receive rush service at no additional charge for up to 4 emergency requests per year.
Volume Discount Tiers
The more pallets you order or process monthly, the better your per-unit rate. Volume discounts apply across all services and are calculated based on your average monthly usage.
