We are growing and looking for dedicated people to join our team. We currently have 10 open positions across operations, logistics, sales, and quality assurance.
Warehouse Associate
Sort, inspect, stack, and organize pallets in our yard. Operate forklifts and assist with loading trucks. Physical role in a fast-paced environment with training provided. Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort incoming pallets by grade, size, and condition
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely per OSHA standards
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform basic pallet inspections using our grading criteria
- Track inventory counts and report to shift supervisor
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our facility
- Forklift experience preferred but not required (we certify)
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pallet Repair Technician
Disassemble, repair, and rebuild pallets to meet our 12-point quality standards. Use pneumatic tools, saws, and nail guns to replace boards and stringers. Craftsmanship and attention to detail are essential. This is a skilled trade with excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged pallets and determine repair scope
- Replace broken boards, stringers, and lead boards
- Operate pneumatic nail guns, saws, and hand tools safely
- Meet daily repair targets (80+ pallets/shift) without compromising quality
- Sort and stage repaired pallets by grade for delivery
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
- Woodworking, carpentry, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work with pneumatic and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent
Delivery Driver (CDL)
Deliver pallets to customers across the Central Valley. Manage route schedules, build customer relationships, and represent Fresno Pallets on the road. This role covers a wide territory from Bakersfield to Modesto with daily routes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver pallets on scheduled routes across the Central Valley
- Perform daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally
- Handle loading and unloading at delivery sites using forklift
- Collect signed delivery confirmations and customer feedback
- Maintain clean driving record and CDL compliance
Requirements:
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL required
- Clean driving record (MVR will be checked)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Forklift experience required
- Knowledge of Central Valley roads and geography preferred
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills
Sales Representative
Grow our customer base across Central California. Identify new business opportunities, maintain existing accounts, and educate prospects on our sustainable pallet solutions. This is a hunter-farmer hybrid role with uncapped commission potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business relationships
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 50+ existing customer accounts
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track all activity and pipeline in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (industrial/logistics preferred)
- Own reliable vehicle for client visits (mileage reimbursed)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the Fresno/Central Valley business community
- Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
Forklift Operator
Operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload pallets throughout our 50,000 sq ft facility. This role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment alongside warehouse and repair teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate 5,000-8,000 lb capacity forklifts safely
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently
- Stack pallets in designated storage areas by grade and size
- Perform daily forklift inspection checklists
- Assist with inventory management and yard organization
- Maintain awareness of pedestrians and other equipment
Requirements:
- Current forklift certification (or willingness to certify)
- Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience
- Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic yard
Quality Inspector
Inspect pallets at multiple stages of our process — intake, post-repair, and pre-delivery — using our 12-point grading system. Ensure every pallet meets customer specifications and our quality standards. Detail-oriented individuals thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect pallets using our 12-point quality grading system
- Grade pallets as A, B, C, or reject based on condition criteria
- Use moisture meters, dimensional gauges, and load testing tools
- Document inspection results and flag recurring quality issues
- Work with repair team to address quality deficiencies
- Prepare inspection reports for management review
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to make quick, consistent grading decisions
- Experience with measurement tools and inspection processes
- Knowledge of wood products (species, defects, moisture)
- Basic computer skills for digital documentation
Heat Treatment Operator
Operate our ISPM-15 compliant heat treatment chamber. Load pallets, monitor temperature cycles, verify core temperatures, apply treatment stamps, and maintain all required documentation. This specialized role is critical for our export-focused clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload pallets from heat treatment chamber
- Monitor and record kiln temperatures throughout treatment cycles
- Verify core pallet temperatures meet ISPM-15 requirements (132.8 F / 56 C)
- Apply ISPM-15 treatment stamps to certified pallets
- Maintain detailed treatment logs and certification records
- Perform routine maintenance on heat treatment equipment
Requirements:
- Understanding of ISPM-15 standards (training provided)
- Meticulous attention to detail and record-keeping
- Comfortable working in high-temperature environments
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in manufacturing or processing preferred
Fleet Mechanic
Maintain and repair our fleet of 12 delivery trucks and 8 forklifts. Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and ensure all vehicles meet DOT safety standards. Keep our fleet running reliably so we never miss a delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on trucks and forklifts
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct DOT-required inspections and maintain compliance records
- Order parts and manage maintenance inventory
- Respond to roadside breakdowns when needed
- Maintain clean, organized shop and detailed service records
Requirements:
- ASE certification in one or more areas (T-series preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in truck/heavy equipment repair
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Own basic tool set (specialty tools provided)
- Valid driver license (CDL a plus)
- Experience with propane and electric forklifts preferred
Client Services Coordinator
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, quote requests, and order processing. Coordinate between sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Excellent communication and organization skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers and prospects
- Process orders, generate quotes, and send confirmations
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics team
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and pending orders
- Handle customer complaints and escalate as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Yard Supervisor
Oversee daily yard operations including receiving, sorting, storage, and dispatch. Manage a team of 8-10 warehouse associates and forklift operators. Ensure safety compliance, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule a team of 8-10 yard workers
- Conduct daily safety huddles and enforce safety protocols
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics against targets
- Coordinate with logistics on daily delivery schedules
- Manage yard inventory and storage organization
- Train and mentor new team members
- Report operational metrics to VP of Operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/yard supervisory experience
- Current forklift certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

- OSHA 10-Hour certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
